JUST A LITTLE DIFFERENT
Hi, nice to meet you, my name is Melanie
Since 2017 I have been teaching driving lessons with passion and dedication.
I started at a large national organization in Amsterdam and moved to their Maastricht branch in 2020. Since 2022, I've been working at a medium-sized, locally well-known driving school in Maastricht that caters strongly to locals, students and expats .
After more than 9 years of experience, it is now time to go my own way: via Les-by-Mel , my driving school for South Limburg .
Although I grew up with Dutch parents, I feel completely at home here in my old, familiar Limburg. After 25 years in Amsterdam, I'm back on familiar ground—shaped by my loving childhood in Heerlerheide,now living in Sittard. I understand dialect perfectly, so be yourself in class (even though I don't speak it myself).

Want to get your driver's license quickly? Book our intensive driving lesson package. This package includes an accelerated lesson program and extra guidance to ensure you learn to drive quickly and efficiently. And also very suitable if you really want to be well prepared for your practical exam at the CBR at your own pace.

Got a foreign driver's license but no expat benefits? Then your driving adventure begins here.
Don't worry – I'll help you quickly and easily convert to a Dutch driving license. Package 6 is perfect for this! Believe me, you'll really need those 25 hours to break free from your old habits and get used to Dutch roads and driving style that conforms to CBR standards.

SPECIAL PACKAGE - MORE TIME
If I notice during the intake that shifting is really difficult , I'll always give you the benefit of the doubt. That's why, in THAT case, you'll start with a 10-hour package at Les-by-Mel. After that, we'll discuss the next steps together. Will you continue in an automatic, or will you finish your driving training with me in a manual car?
For students who simply need a little more time, I've developed a special 55-hour package for €49 per hour. Well below market price! A total of €2,833. This keeps a driver's license attainable and affordable, even for slower learners.
